“Don’t hold back on living the life of your dreams “👌🏼✨: Be brave enough to live the life of YOUR dreams according to YOUR vision and purpose instead of the expectations and opinions of others.” ✨ 𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚚𝚞𝚘𝚝𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎𝚍 𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 ! ✨ At 24 with a 8 month old baby I quit my stable pre school teaching job to pursue the “at home fitness coaching and influencer” gig ! 𝙸 𝚠𝚎𝚗𝚝 𝙰𝙻𝙻 𝙸𝙽 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚍𝚊𝚢 1, with zero experience✨and saw my life literally transform. My health, my mindset, finances, family, confidence.... literally every part of me fell in love with coaching & the gifts it was serving my family ( & continues to do ) !! Continuously learning about wellness, health and fitness as I grew my business has been next level amazing because it keeps me accountable and healthy ( like 90% of the time 🍦😉 #balance ). 𝚂𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚕𝚢....if I listened to all the people who doubted me, said it wouldn’t work, said no to me etc.... I would not be where I am today. Owning a 6 figure fitness business from my finger tips, home with my babies, travelling and paying this gift forward daily ❤️ . No where near my end goals.... still just getting started. But super super glad I listened to my heart and gut instead of others opinions💕 it’s given me an incredible gift, freedom to live! 𝚂𝙾 𝙱𝙰𝙱𝙴.... 𝚍𝚘𝚗’𝚝 𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗 𝚝𝚘 𝚊𝚗𝚢𝚘𝚗𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝚍𝚘𝚞𝚋𝚝𝚜 𝚢𝚘𝚞! Happy Father’s Day my love ❤️ thank you for giving me the greatest gift of all, our babies . We miss you every day Daddy ✨

HIKING & ADVENTURING with my girls is my fav !! ⛰🌅 Found this hike and little “ HOLE in the Wall” in the middle of Vancouver Island off the highway 🛣. Had an awesome little trip away and soaked in the ocean, mountains, sun and stars 🌌 with my babies and bestie. It was just what we needed ✨ !

Was super looking forward to getting home to try @missionskinandlaser new Skin Care Line ( ✨All CBD infused ✨) Last week they gifted it to me to try and I’m actually obsessed !!! I used the CBD bath bomb last night followed by the Brightening Serum, Smooth lotion all over the bod & essential oil stick around my neck 🧖‍♀️ . I slept like a baby and woke up today smooth as a motha 👌🏼✨ DEFINITELY recommend 👏

Best Friend Getaway ✨🌅Grateful to have met this girl when we were preschool teachers 10 years ago ...I remember one of our last days teaching we both cried because we felt underpaid, under valued and were chasing around over 80 students daily for minimum wage. We loved the kiddos but wanted something so much more out of our daily routines & life ✨!

10 years later we both have our dream jobs ( completely different 📲) and get to run away to paradise this week with our babies on our hips just to get work done in a beautiful destination🌴💻

Through thick and thin this girl has always been there. Couldn’t imagine my life without her 😭. So grateful for you my sister 💖 @monica__murphy
