Ready for school 🎨☀️ I’ve been a total mush all morning because I can’t believe these big girls ! London starting daycare a couple times a week so mama can get some work done 😅 ! And Kennedy starting grade 3 🌸 So lucky to be their mama ! Can’t wait to see all the adventures these girls go on this year 💫 Love you my babies !!

Stop and smell the roses 🌹 this summer I was so grateful to be able to travel all over B.C. with my babies, family and friends 🌄🏞 ! I love my job, and without it … many of these trips would not have been possible. Being able to work on my phone along side my children and travelling is honestly a dream come true. Not to mention hanging out at the beach is literally my day job 🙃 #youcandoittoo

I knew this summer I had to take lots of time to just soak in the moment, breathe in the fresh air and be present with my babies.

Just know …..Taking care of yourself is STILL productive ! What I’ve come to realize is the more I take care of me, the more success I see & know I’m capable of 💫!

The world won’t end and your story won’t change if you take time for yourself and fill your cup. It’s usually necessary if you want to level up. Most times we don’t realize we needed the refresh until we do it !

It’s #nationalbreastfeedingweek and I could not be more proud of this journey these little babies and I have been on. Being able to nurse my little one through this all has been such a gift and has also given me a lot of purpose through this time we have faced. These girls are my 🌎 & im so grateful for these moments 🙃💕

The G R I N D ... I heard this quote once that changed everything for me. “Dreams are free but the hustle is sold separately” .... so your saying you need to work for those dreams ??? YES SISTER ✨ !!!

I talk a lot about my job because I fricken love it and get to pay it forward to others every day too 💕 The beauty for me is in the lifestyle... the gift of health, travels, freedom of time, flexibility, the support and friendships, freedom to be with my children and work with them on my hip or even while we are at the beach or travelling... PLUS ALL THE FUN!!! But what I don’t talk nearly enough about is the hustle and how hard I’ve worked to have these blessings. And I’m so grateful I was always willing to WORK FOR IT . I love nothing more than seeing babes on my team accomplish these too.... 7 years later being an entrepreneur has become just a lifestyle to me. If that’s 20 minutes here, a few hours there, days on zoom calls or knees deep in training or even hosting an entire event/ retreats . Every day is different but if you want something bad enough you need to be willing to show up relentlessly until you get it.

Most entrepreneurs know the....
Late nights, early mornings.
Mini sacrifices and constant obstacles.
Dedication and Hard Work.
Facing doubters and nay sayers.
Showing up on the hard days.
Showing up EVERY day.
Believing in YOURSELF.... even when feeling defeated....
